Question about 'Uninstall XP Powertoys in Windows Vista'

I have a question about Uninstall XP Powertoys in Windows Vista:

This uninstallation procedure does not work with Vista RTM ver. 6000. Tried various things to no avail, looks like a brute force registry deletion is the only way I can see to do it right now~
