Hi Bob- Right click on the Zip file & select PROPERTIES. Click on the CHANGE button & then click on the BROWSE button towards the bottom right. You want to select WINDOWS EXPLORER. File path is: C:/Windows/explorer Click on OPEN & then OK & then make sure it says opens with Windows Explorer next to the CHANGE button. If it does, click OK & your done. If not, repeat above. This will do it for ya. Shawn
