@Jacques: Does it assign a Drive Letter? Check in Device Manager if you got any other 
driver problems and tell, maybe i can help...

Now i got the 64-bit version of Vista Ultimate installed and the USB Driver Problem 
didn't appear to me yet, but i found a way how it may be fixed permanently:
In Group Policy Editor (run: gpedit.msc) User Config -> Administrative Templates 
-> System -> Driver Installation ----> Config Driver Search Locations!!! (what i 
was searching for).

Can anybody who still has the USB problem plz tell me if it works, when u put that 
C.\Windows\system32 folder in there?
