Yahoo messenger --->> disable automatic startup in preferences....

Physxs Engine-- >> new.....harmless...google for more info....there shud a setting 
somewhere to disable tray icon... (its lk an addon to video card...normally used 
for gaming

Safely remove hardware --->> u cant remove it..unless u remove ur attached (whtever) 
devices....even it can be a card reader/ wireless adapter..which u believe is internal...
