Hi John,
You can't remove the actual Vista programs. (EX:Windows Mail, Windows Photo Gallery,
Windows Media Player, etc.)
You can remove the extra programs that came with your computer though. (EX: McAfee)
Here's how:
1. open Control Panel (click Clasic View on left upper side if you don't see Icons)
2. click Programs & Features icon
3. click on the program you want to uninstall and say OK at the confirmation. (make
sure the program isn't running)
