I'd just do what Steve says and ignore it. Norton does odd things to a system, you could probably follow Symantec's advice and go through ALL the multiple steps and hours of tedium necessary to completely uninstall Norton, then reset the security center, then reinstall Norton again, but why bother. If Norton is working, you are protected. (the biggest performance gain for home systems now is not adding RAM, its uninstalling Norton, from my experiences--but its a great product, if I needed all the security it offers, its the product I'd use)
