Thanks again for the reply.  Fortunately, I was able to find drivers for everything 
on this chipset.  XP is up and running very well.

Industry adoption of Vista is inevitable.  For now though, I'm just not going to 
mess w/ it at home.  I deal w/ it and many other OSes @ the office as it is.  :^)
