Hey Biker, You can give your brother full access to bf2 and that .exe only. Using the UAC, you just need to select that executable and check full access under his account. This will allow him to use that program, however it will give him power to make changes to folder in which bf2 is installed. Uac is really annoying at times. You have to check this, check that in order to allow anyone to do anything with changes--even the admin. Hope that works for you!
