I have installed a new HP pc in our home office over the weekend and it seems to be working fine - have a home wireless network which seems to recognise it fine and use a Belkin router and Norton Internet security was pre-installed. However, when working from home I use Hamachi VPN to access directories on the pc. However, even though my laptop can access the pc via the wireless network at home it doesn't work with Hamachi. On the Hamachi interface the pc is showing as online in the VPN network but when I try to browse it or ping it it isnt working. Does anyone know if there's an obvious switch in Vista or Norton I should have configured? I've added the IP number to Norton's trusted list and switched off the router and windows firewalls but to no avail. Hope someone can suggest something.
