Resizing a locked window Thursday, November 8, 2007 at 12:36 pm Windows Vista Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Josh (11 messages posted) I have a program that can't be resized which is a problem because I have my task bar set to double height and the programs window spans the whole screen assuming that my taskbar is set at default height. i have to choose whether i want to see the bottom half or the top half of the window. Is there away i can resize this window?
