Just a follow-up: I just called the Geek Squad to see how they are coming along with my PC. They now say that ViiV software cannot be loaded on my PC and should not be on it even though it has a ViiV plaque right on the front of the PC. They say I should just learn to live with the rundlll32 errors I am getting and the fact that I can't install the update to ViiV that HP itself says I need on their website. Time to give up with this PC.
