Explorer is a lame duck. Do yourself a favour and try Directory Opus. There is a generous 2 month trial period, it is ultimately configurable, they have an excellent user forum, problems are usually addressed within days if you find a bug and I'd be extremely surprised if you ever went back to Explorer after using Directory Opus. Honestly, do yourself a favour and try it.
