Hi Tom,

This will show you how to logon automatically when you turn the computer on or resume 
from a sleep mode.

If you want Internet Explore (IE7) to startup automatically for you as well when 
Vista starts, then you can add IE7 to the startup programs list.

If you have 64 bit Vista, then the path is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

If you have 32 bit Vista, then the path is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

This will show you how to add it to the startup programs list.
