I read your post with interest as I am currently experiencing much the same problems
you did. I have tried all recommended options and even resorted to re-installaing
the operating system. This did not make any difference and I keep getting that annoying
error report!!
I would be very grateful if you could let me know by way of this forum how you resolved
the issue with the MTU settings.
