here's me thinking i was reasonably competent with pc's, copying and pasting the cmd text doesn't work, result seems to come in 2 lines, - 2 seperate commands, even tried manually typing and no joy. i remember a while ago i saw the UAC tab in the control panel but now i can't find it.
