My neighbor had a problem with the instant viewer as well, and after speaking with
customer service, was instructed to do this, which worked for him. (Not sure if it's
the same problem you're having)
See if you have this file........C:\Program Files\Netflix\Netflix Movie Viewer\ResetDRM.exe
. If so, run ResetDRM.exe.
