Hi Charlie
I'm not sure that you went to the link I gave. This is not a buggy release,
but is the final RTM release, in other words it is now being sent to manufacturers
to install on new machines. Microsoft have stated that it will be available for download
to current Vista users in mid-March.
The releases you are referring to are Sp1 RC and Sp1 RC (Refresh).
