Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 not installing

I recently got Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 so that I can start writing CSS with ease. So
I thought. After the initial install of the software I needed to do the setup.exe
Well it gets about 10 seconds into it then I get a wonderful message saying there
in an internal error code 2739. So I go snooping on the Adobe site and it says that
I need to manually register my jscript.dll Ok fine, so I go into Command as an
administrator and do regsvr32jscript.dll and it tells me that it is "not recognized
as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file." the funny thing
is this is what ADOBE is also telling me to do. So my question is NOW WHAT?? anyone
with suggestions or that has fixed this problem would be great. Thanks
