I have a question about Startup
Programs Run Twice When Windows Loads:
I'm keen to fix this problem on my PC (Vista x64) but there's a couple of things
in the article I would be grateful for clarification. Firstly in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\
SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ explorer\ User Shell Folders the article
says 'correct the values', but doesn't say what to? Mine is currently set to "%ProgramData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start
Menu\Programs\Startup".
Secondly the latter part says to adjust the common startup value in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\
SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ explorer\ User Shell Folders, but "common
startup" doesn't exist, am I supposed to create it?
