Hi Steven,

The Welcome Center will have a check box in the lower left corner that you can uncheck 
to stop it from running at startup.

You might double check in the program's settings for a option to not have them run 
at startup for the other messages at startup.

You can also look at the different Methods in OPTION TWO in this tutorial to see 
if these messages are listed with the startup programs list. If you determine that 
a listed program is, just disable it and test to see if it appears again at startup. 
 If it does, then just enable the listed program again.
