Hey thanks for the help... I however don't have a Vista CD (as I got the Toshiba
Recovery Disc from the manufacturer, which isn't the same). And none of my friends
like Microsoft so they all use Linux and Mac.
I do have an old XP installation CD, but i tried it and it didn't work (i'm guessing
that the Vista CD would make it bypass the normal boot process automatically?...
so why wouldn't the XP CD do the same?)
I've heard to boot cds for Vista. Would that do the same? I want to know before I
try it so that I don't waste my time trying things that don't work.
