Disable Explorer From Startup?

Undo all the junk you have already done. Start Explorer, click on "Tools", click on "Internet Options", Click on "Programs", use the section on setting the default Browser! It's Magic. Also I don't want to sound insulting, as I used to teach people to try things in the old days. Windows used to be a little more forgiving, but instead of just going in a clicking on random stuff in the future the two best sources of information is the "HELP" button and M.S. I have yet to see a problem that they haven't covered. And of course the good people here are always ready to help. Remember Keep it simple.
