your talking about Internet Explorer not Explorer, I think?
I don't use Internet explorer.
I don't want Explorer starting up.
Explorer windows open in separate processes negating the need for it to there all
the time. (with it sys tray and other stuff I don't use)
So if I open MyDoc's for instance an Explorer window will open.
I basically don't want Explorer bar (the thing at the bottom of the screen). this
is want I want to turn off.
