If you want to create an exact image of your old hard drive and transfer it to the
new one, a retail purchase (i.e. Office Depot, Best Buy, etc.) of a new hard drive
will come with software to copy from old to new.
You will also get instructions in the box on how to physically connect both drives
properly.
