No kidding, my new computer is totally messed up now. I followed all iolo instructions to no avil. Tried your suggestion and it sayed it undid what ever it did in the first place and still the same. I lost ability in keyboard enhanced features ie... internet launch, email, volume controll, all of it. I just have basic key board functions. I can't even use buttons to open cd/dvd drive. I even tried a system restore and I keep getting a pop up saying that my restore point did not go through. Do you have any other suggestions.
