I tried Lenovo support. My It PROFESSIONAL said software missing. I called Lenovo support; they sent me to BIOS updates but they won't download and install. Used Mcrosoft updates page but found nothing related to this problem. Could someone help? I don't want to lose the ability to copy to CD's. Warranty valid for 2 more months.
