I just purchased a HP laptop with Vista Ultimate-64 installed. I have a network through my desktop with XP on it, and a canon i475d printer installed. I have 2 other wireless laptops running XP that I am sharing the printer with and everything works fine with them. When I try to install my network printer on the HP with Vista installed, I get the message "The server for the 'canon i475d' printer does not have the correct printer driver installed". I have downloaded the Vista 64 drivers from Canon and have them installed on the XP desktop where the printer is attached, and on the HP where Vista is installed, but Vista does not reconize them I have tried everything I know to do...need help! Any ideas?
