SP1 warning dialogue?

When I switched on my Vista Home Premium pc this morning a warning dialogue opened.
I guess this was in readiness for SP1.

However as I had to get on with some work I just cancelled the dialogue assuming
that if I did a reboot the warning dialogue will reappear. This does not happen.

Does anyone know how I can get this warning dialogue back?
