Boot or POST interrupted

Just installed Vists 64 bit SP1 Since installation whenever I reboot I get the following error message on start up: *****WARNING SYSTEM BOOT FAILURE***** Your last system boot or POST interrupted. Please enter setup to load default and reboot again. Press F1 to continue, DEL to enter setup. Pressing F1 starts the normal boot up and Vista performs as it should- so why the annoying pause in startup all the time?
