The warning is from the motherboards BIOS. Somehow the boot order was changed.
Press the delete key next time and go to the boot order category in the BIOS. Change 
the boot order to CD/DVD-ROM first then hard drive second. Disable the rest (if possible).
If you fix the issue, then unplug the tower, then plug the tower back in, and the 
warning reappears, then the motherboards BIOS battery is dead. It is replaceable. 
Just do a Google search on how to replace it.
