You sure can. That is exactly what the different users accounts is for. **BUT**, this does not mean you can delete it from the installed folder on the hard drive. What exists on the hard drive must stay essentially the same. You can restrict the other user from having privileges such as accessing files and programs, (should you have an intelligent young person that might do something behind your back), or just have an optional desktop.
