Or, a power supply unit (PSU) that is overheating. Martin's point might be valid,
too. Check to make sure all fans are working and nothing is obstructed with dust,
wires, mice nests, etc. :)
If you have access to another PSU, try switching it out and see what happens. Otherwise,
yes, it might be time for the repair shop.
