Now we need to talk business. What program are you trying to limit usage of and what
classification of person are you trying to limit usage to. System items are handled
differently than, say some game software. Don't just jump in deleting stuff. That
is not necessarily how to do things. On a user account you can delete an Icon from
a desktop. You on the other hand might have to change user privileges to prevent
them from just looking on the H/D and putting a shortcut right back on their desktop.
We need to find out what your needs and demands are first.
