User Profile cannot be loaded

Hi;
Cannot log onto my Dell laptop, due to the following;
When logging to my profile, (only one setup), the message is shown: The User Profile
Service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.
Is there any way to get by the login to fix the profile?
