uninstalling Yahoo web page

I made a mistake and installed Yahoo toolbar,site,ask, directory,etc. It seemed responsible
for a runtimes error and would not close Internet Explorer properly. All efforts
failed. Finally I did a system restore to an earlier time. Everything is gone but
the web page. Now I don't even have MSN,AOL,etc. This is all new to me. (computers)
I really need some help please.
