Virtuagirl can be a bitch to remove. It comes in different versions, so there's no
one-size-fits-all answer.
Start by running this command:
C:\PROGRA~1\Vg\UNWISE.EXE C:\PROGRA~1\Vg\INSTALL.LOG
You can also drag/drop install.log on top of unwise.exe.
If that doesn't work, maybe you have the "right" version for these manual removal
instructions:
