Hi Albert,
See if this will work for you. Right click on the toolbar in IE7 and check "Menu
Bar". Next, left click on "Favorites" and see if clicking on "Add to Favorites" will
work from there.
If not, you might reset IE7 to see if that will help. Step Two in this tutorial will
show you how to if needed.
