Have you tried the Reg restore? If you are not running an OEM version, you can get 
MS help that might be able to restore these missing values. I will post the link 
bellow.
You can try to enter the info your self, but I offer NO GUARANTEES. Like I said most 
of the entry is a static value found on most if not all machines. But if anything 
is even the slightest different for your setup it won't make it better and could 
make it worse. It's catch 22. I also know of nothing that would wipe the reg entries 
from your machine, at least nothing legitimate. You should be able to copy the info 
down off a friend or even at a store. This is never recommended, but depending on 
what you do or do not have to loose doing a reinstall... Remember these so called 
registry Fixers can't add missing info they only wipe out stuff they THINK is bad.
