Cannot Connect to Computer on Network

I have 4 computers connected via a router to each other, and I share files between them. 3 of the computers can access each other fine over the network, and all 3 can see the 4th computer on the windows network page. However, none of the 3 computers can connect to or ping the 4th computer. From the 4th computer, I can connect to the other 3 without any problems. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the 3 working computers to connect to the 4th, problem computer?
