I have a brand new laptop which came with MS Vista preloaded. The laptop came without a Vista Disc. I have a great deal of software that seems to be imcompatiable with Vista. Replacing all this software would cost more than the laptop, so, I want to go back to XP. Is this as simple as popping in a XP disc and loading it. I just got the computer so there really isnt data to back up, just all the pre loaded trail offer crap that came with the computer. Is there any good reason not to proceed with the downgrade? Thanks, Frank
