There out to be a reset button (possibly a pin hole) to reset your Verizon connection 
device. What ever that device is you should see if the soft ware AND firm ware is 
up to date. Check your cabling. If your device has a cable that plugs into an add 
on card in the computer (probably not) take the lid off the box and gently wiggle 
the card while pressing down (toward the main board) gently! If nothing here helps 
I would call Verizon.
