Thanks Shawn, but I had read your previously posted messages on this subject and they really don't help. My Mom is 88 and does not deal well with a new way of doing things. She wants to see a list of contacts in her mail program. Obviously Windows Mail will not do that. Can I import Outlook Express or some non-Microsoft program to help her? Thanks. Jack
