For Raid you would normally go into your Raid Bios first, Once the Raid array is set, then Boot from the XP CD, Hit F6 at the first prompt a minute or so into the File writing stage. When you get to a prompt to insert the Floppy with the Raid Drivers. Once Windows loads the sata Raid Drivers it should see your Raid array as one big terrabyte drive, if that is what you setup in the Raid Bios. At that point the install should be like any Windows install.
