Can't make folder private

My family's PC is now running Vista Home Premium. I want to make my Documents folder private.

In XP, this was easy: You opened the folder's Properties, and selected "Make this folder private" (or something like that).

In Vista, I can't find an option to do this. What's more, I although have the only Administrator account on our system, and my Documents folder permissions list only "System", "Administrators", and my account, the folder is viewable when any of my other family members log in. What gives?
