Start Menu: Windows Help and Support Button Missing (Right Pane)

The Windows Help and Support button is missing from the right pane of my Start Menu. Can anyone help figure out why this is and how to restore it? Here is a picture of what I am talking about: http://img371.imageshack.us/my.php?image=startmenuwp2.jpg Many thanks!
