agoodfella, Did you by chance use a method like the one in this tutorial to replace the "Help and Support" button in the Start menu with "Search" instead? http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/134065-search-context-menu-item-restore-after-vista-sp1.html Does Help open when you click on Computer and click on the ? help icon? Shawn
