Sorry agoodfella, It should be this link below instead. Click on the "Restore Help and Support" in Option One to see if that will fix it for you. It restores the default values back for Help. http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/145787-search-start-menu-button-restore-after-sp1.html Shawn
