Thank you Charlie. I will accept your advice and not install Firefox. But I am
still left the problem of not being able to access the internet on my laptop! I
have "googled" until I am blue, looking for possible solutions. Perhaps my best
bet would be to take the laptop to the puter doctor??? Any more suggestions? I
do appreciate your time on this one.
