This morning I rebooted my laptop. After doing so, two almost transparent icons (named desktop, and looking like the icon for .ini files) showed up on my desktop. When I double-clicked on them, Notepad opened to reveal the following: [.ShellClassInfo] LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21769 IconResource=%SystemRoot%\system32\imageres.dll,-183 [LocalizedFileNames] Documents.lnk=@shell32.dll,-21770 Does anyone know what the deal is with this? I unlocked my hidden files to try and find something yesterday, could this be the reason?
