A friend of mine had the same issue. He could send and receive mail, I could connect
remotely and see his desktop, but neither IE or Firefox could connect to the Internet.
The browser window showed "Website found, waiting for reply..." but would not connect.
We did a System Restore to 2 weeks ago (May 16), and all is well now.
